Bacardi Rum Balls

Notes:Easy to make desert with distinct flavor.
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine walnuts and wafer crumbs. Stir in Bacardi rum and honey.
Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in confectioner's sugar. Store in tighly covered container.
Ingredients:
2 Cups ground Walnuts (from 2 1/2 cups crushed Walnuts). 1 1/2 Cups vanilla wafer crumbs. 1/2 Cup Bacardi Gold rum. 1/4 Cup honey
Confectioners' sugar for coating
