In a bowl, mix all ingredients well. Shape into 4 balls and let stand in the refrigerator about two hours. Rmove from refrigerator an shape like a hamburger.
Oil the grill or the pan slightly and heat it. Cook the fritas (Cuban burgers) and serve on hamburger buns with ketchup, chopped onion and Shoe String French Fries.
