1 - Sprinkle steaks with chopped onion, minced garlic, sour orange juice, and salt.
2 - Rub into meat and cover.
3 - Place in the refrigerator and allow to marinate overnight.
4 - In a sparate bowl, beat the eggs. Place the cracker meal on a flat dish and spread it accross the dish.
5 - Dip each steak entirely in the eggs, then roll into cracker meal and cover both sides.
6 - Heat olive oil in skillet on medium-high heat and fry steak on both sides, until golden brown - don't overcook. Add salt and pepper to taste.
