Fried eggs Cuban style
Huevos fritos a la cubana

Notes:Serve on top of white rice
Directions:
1- In an 8-inch skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil until it is sizzling hot and then add the garlic. When the garlic has turned brown, discard it. 2- Break an egg into a saucer, slide it into the hot oil, and immediately spoon the oil over it, basting with oil until the egg is done, 1 to 2 minutes. The egg should be crisp on the outside and soft inside. Lift out the egg with a slotted spoon, drain on paper towels, and repeat with all the other eggs, cooking no more that 2 at a time.
Ingredients: 1 Cup Olive oil 6 Eggs 1 Clove Garlic, crushed
