Bul beer cocktail

Bul               Serves: 4  

Notes: The Cuban bul is a light and refreshing beer cocktail. You can make up a large batch ahead of time, and guests can serve themselves throughout the party. Your friends will love the sweet and tangy taste of these beer cocktails.

Directions:
Juice three limes into a pitcher. To get more juice from your citrus, either microwave the fruit for 10 seconds or roll the lime firmly on the counter before juicing .

Pour 12 oz. of beer and 12 oz. of ginger ale into the pitcher. Stir well.

Add one to two tablespoons of sugar, to taste, and stir it up until the sugar is dissolved.

Serve over ice and garnish with a lime.

Ingredients:

  •     Juice of 3 limes
  •     12 oz. Beer (a light colored beer like a pilsner)
  •     12 oz. Ginger ale (In Cuba "Cawy" a lemon-lime soda was the preferred mixer for this    cocktail and is available in some stores in Miami)
  •     1 to 2 Tablespoons sugar
  •     Ice
  •     Limes for garnish
