Par Boil Sea Scallops in water for 3 to 5 minutes, drain and set aside.
In a medium skillet heat olive oil and Orange Juice until hot.
Add Soy Sauce (to taste), a dash of Red Wine and salt an pepper to taste and mix.
Add and Saute the Vegetables, Grouper, Calamari (Squid), Sea Scallops and Shrimp stirring. Simmer until the seafood is cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
Remove from the stove, cover with a lid and let steep for 3 minutes to allow the flavors to mingle.
Serve on a plate surrounded by steaming french-fries.
