Scrambled eggs with sausage (chorizo) Cuban style

Revoltillo de huevos con chorizo a la cubana               Serves: 3  

Notes: Great for breakfast, specialy on weekends
Directions:

Cook the sausages and onions together on medium-high for approximately 5 minutes.

Beat the eggs lightly. Put a little bit of salt, pepper and pour into the pan with the sausage and onion.

Cook slowly and keep stirring until the eggs are thick and creamy.

Serve with buttered Cuban bread. You can also slice the Cuban bread , pour the eggs on one of the slices and eat it as a sandwich.

Ingredients:

6 Large eggs
2 Spanish chorizos, diced 
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 tsp salt
